Our chatbot AI services require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This ensures proper development, training, optimization, and monitoring of the AI system, allowing enough time to refine performance and deliver consistent result
 
AI System Setup & Training Included
AIPro.PH handles the full setup and training of your AI systems, including chatbot configuration, workflow logic, response structure, integration with your website or CRM, and continuous improvements based on real conversations and data.
 
Monthly Billing
AI services are billed monthly in advance and include ongoing support, system updates, AI training improvements, and maintenance. Monthly fees remain consistent throughout the contract term unless additional features or upgrades are requested.
 
Continuous Monitoring & Optimization
AIPro.PH provides regular updates, conversation monitoring, performance tuning, and improvements to ensure your AI continues to understand queries accurately and responds with high-quality output. This includes adjusting prompts, workflows, and logic as needed.
 
Third-Party Tools & API Fees
AI services may require the use of third-party tools or APIs such as OpenAI, automation platforms, CRM integrations, and messaging systems. Any subscription or API usage fees paid by AIPro.PH for the client are included in the monthly rate unless otherwise stated.

30-Day Notice for Cancellation (After 6 Months)
After completing the 6-month minimum term, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice. AI systems will remain active during the notice period to ensure a smooth transition.

Early Cancellation Policy
If AI services are canceled before the 6-month term ends, the client must pay for all remaining months plus any system or API costs already incurred by AIPro.PH. No refunds are issued for unused time or prepaid services.
