I’m excited to finally share the story behind AIPro.PH, my newly rebranded agency and the evolution of a vision that has been years in the making.
After operating for a long time as Outsource Guru PH, I realized it was time for a new identity—one that truly reflects where the industry is heading and what I have always believed in: the power of AI and Skilled Human Professionals
This is the journey of how AIPro.PH came to life, told from my perspective as its founder.
From Freelancer to Founder
My name is Mars Maagad, and my professional journey began in 2009 as a freelance graphic designer and website developer on Odesk—now known as Upwork. I worked with clients from around the world, particularly in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Those early years taught me more than technical skills. They taught me a fundamental truth that still guides everything I do today:

Seeing the Future of Remote Work
Even in 2009, I believed that remote work would become the norm. While many businesses were hesitant at the time, the world eventually caught up. A few years later, freelancing and remote teams expanded rapidly across industries.
As my business grew, my brand evolved alongside it:
