Minimum 12-Month Locked-in Contract
This service requires a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. The one-year term ensures designed to deliver long-term value rather than a one-time website build. This structure allows us to consistently support, improve, and optimize your website over time while ensuring stability for both parties.
 
Includes All System Fees
We cover and manage the cost of premium tools and systems from the start, including hosting, security, performance optimization, and integrations. These ongoing expenses are absorbed by us so clients can avoid paying a large upfront fixed price.

In addition, this service includes extra free features at no additional cost, such as regular system monitoring, automated backups, basic performance audits, minor content or design adjustments within the plan scope, and technical support—ensuring your website remains live, secure, optimized, and up to date throughout the contract term.

Cost Efficiency vs One-Time Payment
Instead of a high one-time payment, costs are spread across the contract period. This makes the service more affordable while ensuring ongoing maintenance, improvements, and support are included.
 
Monthly Billing
Payments are billed monthly in advance and remain fixed throughout the 12-month term. After the first year, the service automatically renews monthly to avoid interruptions, unless a cancellation request is submitted.
 
30-Day Notice After 1 Year
Once the initial 12-month commitment is complete, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice. Services will remain active during the notice period to ensure a smooth transition.
 
Early Cancellation Policy
If the service is canceled before completing the 12-month term, the client is responsible for paying all remaining months and reimbursing system costs already paid by AIPro.PH. No refunds are provided for unused months or prepaid services.

Post-Contract Buyout Option
After completing the 12-month term, clients may buy out the website for 50% of the originally quoted fixed-price cost. This reflects the value already delivered through the monthly engagement. Clients may also continue services on a month-to-month basis.
